As the School Counselor at Frank J. Dugan Elementary my vision is to foster an environment where a student's social and emotional well-being is strengthened each day. This is accomplished through classroom lessons that focus on peaceful conflict resolution, Student of the Month recognition, small group and individual counseling, and school wide activities.
