Hello, fifth-grade families! My name is Mrs. Victorio and I am so excited to be your child's reading, writing, and math teacher this year. We are going to have an amazing year filled with discovery, creativity, and a ton of learning. In our classroom, we'll dive into a variety of texts, become authors of our own stories, and tackle exciting mathematical challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where every student feels confident and ready to learn.

Beyond our daily lessons, we will also focus on becoming excellent people. We will learn to be responsible for our work and actions, caring toward our classmates, supportive of one another's efforts, and innovative in our thinking. I truly believe that fostering these qualities will help your students not only succeed in fifth grade and be ready for middle school, but also grow into lifelong learners.
