Hi everyone! My name is Baylee Teeters, and I’m so excited to be joining Dugan as a 1st grade teacher this year. This year I will be co teaching with Kristina Ott. In this classroom, we will learn and grow together as a supportive community. We'll build meaningful friendships, inspire creative thinking, and nurture a space where every child can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
