About Mrs. Germaine
My name is Nicole Germaine and I am so excited to be teaching at Frank J. Dugan Elementary School! I have been teaching in the Marlboro Township Public School District for 11 years. I feel truly lucky to be teaching which is something I am very passionate about.
I received my degree in Elementary Education, Special Education & History from Monmouth University. I am also trained in Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Learning through IMSE. I am currently working towards my Master's Degree at TCNJ. Prior to teaching at Dugan I taught at Marlboro Elementary School, and I also taught in the Extended School Year Program at the David Abbott Early Learning Center.
During my free time, I love spending time with my husband Todd and our two children, Leo & Gia. We enjoy going to the beach, playing at the playground and reading together!
I am looking forward to teaching First & Second Grade this year. I will be coteaching with Ms. Haviland for math and I will also be working with Mrs. Kinghorn! I am excited to teach your children and watch them grow throughout the school year.
