About Mrs. Germaine

My name is Nicole Germaine, and I’m so excited to be teaching at Frank J. Dugan Elementary School! I’ve been part of the Marlboro Township Public School District for 12 years, and I truly feel lucky to spend each day doing what I love - teaching.

I hold a degree in Elementary Education, Special Education, and History from Monmouth University, and I’m trained in Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Learning through IMSE. I'm currently working toward my Master’s Degree at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). Before coming to Dugan, I taught at Marlboro Elementary School and in the Extended School Year Program at the David Abbott Early Learning Center.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Todd, and our two children, Leo and Gia. We love going to the beach, playing at the playground, and reading together.

This year, I’m thrilled to be teaching First and Second Grade. I look forward to a year full of learning, growth, and fun with your children!
