Dear Dugan Dragons,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am thrilled to begin another year as your Vice Principal and I can already feel the excitement in the air.

A new school year is a fresh start—a chance to dream big, set new goals, and work together to make amazing things happen. At Dugan, we believe every child can grow into a confident, curious, and kind learner, and we are here to support them every step of the way—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Before coming to Dugan, I taught both special education and general education in grades two through five. Those years showed me how powerful learning becomes when families, teachers, and students partner together. That teamwork is what makes Dugan so special.

Outside of school, I live in Oceanport with my wife, Lauren, and our two daughters, Morgan and Cailin. Being a dad has shaped how I lead—every decision I make starts with the question, “How would I want my own children to be treated?” Thank you for trusting us with your children—it is a privilege I never take for granted.

My door is always open, and I look forward to a year full of learning, laughter, and success. Let’s make 2025–2026 our best year yet!
