Student schedules on the Genesis Parent Portal are available again. This took longer than expected because we had to involve Genesis. They have assured us to have performed the necessary fix, however, we are cautiously optimistic. 

 

Part of the remedy involves a new parent access link. If you have bookmarked a link in the past, please do not utilize it. Please also note, this link will only work with a parent account; student login is not yet available.
