Dear Dugan Parent(s)/Guardians(s),

It is an honor to introduce myself as the new Vice Principal of Frank J. Dugan Elementary School. Throughout my career in education, I have taught second through fifth grade.  Most recently, I’ve spent the last several years teaching 4th grade at Marlboro Elementary.

Beyond my role as an educator, I am a dedicated father and husband.  My wife Lauren and I live in Oceanport, with our two daughters, Morgan and Cailin. With every decision I make about other people’s children, I always ask myself, “What would I want for my own girls?”

The 2022-2023 school year is my 19th year in education.  My educational journey began at Marist College and my first teaching position was as a special education teacher in Hawaii.  Before coming to Marlboro, I also taught in my home state, Connecticut.  As a classroom teacher, I cherished the relationships I built with students and their families.  As I move into this new role, I look forward to building similar relationships with students and families. These strong relationships will help us foster social growth and academic success among our students.
